Established in 2015 as “SongHak” in California, our Gopchang Story BBQ experience focuses on beef intestines called Gopchang, Daechang, Makchang & many traditional-style Korean barbecue meat dishes.
We only handle prime-grade meat, so the quality & Taste of the meat is very good. all meat and food are managed and made by Korean Master chefs.
